Cordon Daley

Chief Diversity Officer

Cordon Daley is the Chief Diversity Officer at Reinvestment Fund. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s internal and external diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy. Tantamount to this, Mr. Daley has the charge of ensuring that DEI is at the forefront of the Reinvestment Fund’s goals and mission, and that the organization’s culture values DEI at all levels.

Mr. Daley brings with him a multifaceted background that spans more than two decades in DEI and public health domain in the space of advocacy, health equity and social welfare issues. Throughout his career, he has focused his efforts on bridging the disparity gaps across underrepresented communities, establishing community partnerships, and supporting access and representation for students of color in higher education.

Prior to joining Reinvestment Fund, Mr. Daley was a Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Community Behavioral Health. Prior to that, he served on active duty for 10 years as a United States Naval Officer holding domestic and international appointments as a Diversity Officer, Multicultural Affairs Officer, Department Head for Case Management and Transgender Support, Manager for the Office of Equal Opportunity, and Division Officer for Educational Intervention Services.

Mr. Daley holds a Master of Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Rutgers University and the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy. Additionally, he maintains a certification as a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work (BCD) and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of New Jersey. Closer to home, Mr. Daley serves on the Board of Trustees for the Moorestown Improvement Association and is also a member of the Moorestown Better Together Diversity Task Force.
