Dushawn Roberts

Dushawn Roberts is Reinvestment Fund’s Human Resources Manager. He supports management and staff using his broad experience to include Associate Relations and Support, Compliance, Recruitment, Benefits Administration and Worker’s Compensation. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, he moved to Pennsylvania where he graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Communications.

Mr. Roberts chose Human Resources as a career because he wanted to ensure that employees feel encouraged to come to work as their best selves by providing a safe space through improvements to business processes, enhancing the company culture and providing a listening ear. While Mr. Roberts has many career accomplishments, his most proud accomplishments belong to the family he has created with his loving wife and beautiful daughter. In his free time, he participates in races from a 5k to half marathons. He also enjoys everything Marvel, Harry Potter and traveling with his family.
