Ryan Rattanni

As a Director for the Capital Region, Ryan Rattanni is responsible for relationship management, loan structuring and underwriting, and management of the closing process. Prior to Reinvestment Fund, he served as Economic Development Officer for Baltimore Development Corporation (BDC), where he was responsible for underwriting and recommending development proposals for city-owned properties to advance Baltimore’s economic development strategy. His experience also includes private-sector real estate development, as well as roles with the Baltimore City Department of Finance and the Department of Housing & Community Development for the State of Maryland. Mr. Rattanni holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Connecticut, as well as master’s degrees in community planning and real estate development from the University of Maryland. He is a resident of South Baltimore and serves as Secretary of Federal Hill Main Street.
