PHL Childcare Reopen Survey for Families

This is an uncertain and challenging time, and very little information currently exists on families’ needs and health and safety concerns; share your perspective by taking a short anonymous survey below.

We are asking parents/guardians with children ages 0-5 in their household, to complete this anonymous survey.  Your feedback will help childcare providers and the City of Philadelphia make sure families can confidently access the childcare they need as people begin to go back to work and school. Please select which language you prefer to view the survey:

English  |  Español  简体中文  |  Tiếng Việt   |  ភាសាខ្មែរ  |  Русский  |  العربية  |  Français

Participants who complete the survey will be entered into a daily drawing for a $100 giftcard. Winners will be notified by the email address provided.

About the Survey

Reinvestment Fund, the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Children and Families, Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) and United Way, are working together to help local and state policymakers understand childcare needs and begin to organize resources as pandemic-related restrictions ease.

Results from the PHL Childcare Reopen Survey for Families will help guide childcare providers to try and offer modified services that meet the needs of the communities they serve. The online survey gathers information from parents and guardians of young children who were using childcare in Philadelphia when the pandemic began or who are interested in using it in the coming months. Responses to the online survey will help us understand how childcare providers and the City of Philadelphia can help families access childcare as people begin to go back to work and school.
