Where do you go to school and what are you studying towards?
I am currently enrolled at MIT Sloan School of Management, pursuing an MBA, with a concentration in Finance.
What attracted you to Reinvestment Fund for a summer internship?
I have spent all of my career working on urban revitalization, both domestic and abroad, and I was interested in being at a firm that financed a broad portfolio of projects concentrated in cities. Reinvestment Fund was very attractive as an opportunity, especially considering the creativity that it deploys in this space.
What are some of the things you will be working on for Reinvestment Fund this summer? What do you hope to learn from your internship here?
Mostly finance, across the asset class of investments. I hope to be exposed as much as possible to how Reinvestment Fund thinks about strategic investments, structuring and financing.
Share something interesting you have learned about Reinvestment Fund or the industry in your first few weeks here.
I have to confess that I’ve been here not too long! However, it’s clear to me that Reinvestment Fund thinks about its investments and the level of community impact that they will have in a sophisticated and multi-faceted way.
Anything you would like to add?
I’m a huge fan of jazz music. Feel free to ask me about it!
