Where do you go to school and what are you studying towards?
I received my undergraduate degree in Geology at Temple University, with a minor in Environmental Studies and a certificate in Geographic Information Systems. This year I’ll be starting their Professional Science Master’s program for Geographic Information Systems.

What attracted you to Reinvestment Fund for a summer internship?
When I found out about the different projects Reinvestment Fund has been involved with, I was impressed and I knew that I wanted to be a part of it. I was excited to be able to utilize the skills I gained in college as well as learn new skills for the future.

What are some of the things you will be working on for Reinvestment Fund during your internship? What do you hope to learn from your internship here?
I have been working on multiple projects involving childcare accessibility and affordable housing. Most of my work is focused on general research, data analysis, and GIS.

Share something interesting you have learned about Reinvestment Fund or the industry in your time here.
Pretty much everything I’ve learned about affordable housing I learned during my first month here at Reinvestment Fund. I’ve also loved learning about all the different projects Reinvestment Fund has been involved with.

Is there anything else that you would like to share that we didn’t ask you?
I used to host & DJ a live, FCC-regulated radio show and I can also help you identify everything in your rock & mineral collection!
