Bevin Parker-Cerkez is the Managing Director for Program Services, responsible for developing the processes and systems for the consistent implementation and operation of programs, from the assessment of potential opportunities to creating systems to ensure that program deliverables, reporting requirements and compliance needs are appropriately captured, she also coordinates the interdepartmental resources required for successful program operations.
Additionally, she serves as Reinvestment Fund’s Senior Director for Early Childhood Education (ECE). In this role, she spearheads the design, business development, originations and underwriting process of all loan and grant-related activities in the ECE sector. During her tenure, she has successfully raised grant and program related investment (PRI) funding to implement the programs she has developed, which work to benefit the early learning sector through business sustainability and organizational capacity building coupled with and facility improvement, expansion and maintenance strategies. Prior to joining Reinvestment Fund in 2011, Ms. Parker-Cerkez served as the Program Manager at the Philadelphia Parks Alliance and as an Associate at Cohen & Company, a private investment firm focused on small-cap financial institutions. She holds a B.A. in both Economics and Policy Studies from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School.
