Caroline Rosch is the Managing Director for Portfolio Management, overseeing portfolio risk management and loan repayment. She is responsible for evaluating ongoing loan risk, resolving non-performing debt and administering internal controls over a complex loan portfolio. Ms. Rosch previously served in advisory roles at Property and Portfolio Research, Deutsche Bank and Blackrock, Inc. She performed asset acquisitions, real estate valuation, and portfolio consulting for institutional clients. She has a deep appreciation of risk-adjusted return and enjoys the satisfaction of building investment portfolios with double and triple-bottom line success benchmarks. In addition to her primary work at Reinvestment Fund, Ms. Rosch is a licensed Investment Adviser Representative registered in PA, serving as a Managing Director for Reinvestment Fund Impact Advisers. She is also Adjunct Professor at Temple University and serves on the Board of Directors for CASA of Philadelphia County.
