Capital under management increased by $82 million to $870 million. The increase was due primarily to receipt of $65 million in New Markets Tax Credits allocation from the U.S. Department of the Treasury and new capital of $54 million, including $10 million from a new debt facility with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh.

Loans and leases outstanding hit a new high of $295.7 million at December 31, 2015, an increase of $62.4 million over the prior year.

Unrestricted net assets increased by $8 million to $61 million and consolidated net assets increased by $1.5 million to $151 million based on the strength of our operating and capital activities.
