Financial Summary
Managed assets increased by $81 million to $951 million. The increase was due primarily to receipt of $75 million from the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s CDFI Bond Guarantee Program and a new $7.8 million debt facility for lending in Baltimore.

Loans and leases outstanding hit a new high of $333.1 million at December 31, 2016, an increase of $37.4 million over prior year. Net recoveries were $56 thousand due to successful workouts.

Unrestricted net assets increased by $6 million to $67 million and consolidated net assets increased by $22 million to $173 million based on the strength of our operating and capital activities.
