Stephani Peters

Stephani Peters is the Manager of Research Operations for Policy Solutions. In this role, she helps facilitate smooth operations and financial success of her team.

Prior to joining Reinvestment Fund, Stephani worked with the Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation at Drexel University as an operations manager and with the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey as a business analyst.

Stephani is based in Philadelphia and earned her Master of Public Policy Administration from Rutgers University, Camden, where she focused on community development strategies. She brings expertise in business administration, grants management, and project management and is dedicated to finding ways to utilize databases and other technologies to streamline processes, innovate, and effectively bring collaborators together.
