Dyanne Glass

Dyanne Glass has joined Reinvestment Fund as a Senior Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Chief People Officer and act as a liaison with our Board of Directors.

Dyanne specializes in acting as a trusted liaison between organizational leaders and external partners, providing senior-level executive administrative support. With a deep passion for serving underserved individuals and communities, Dyanne is committed to delivering resources that create meaningful opportunities and lasting impact. As a seasoned and results-driven Senior Executive Assistant, she brings over 20 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, including Chief Impact Officers and Boards of Directors, within mission-driven organizations.

Dyanne’s passion for community engagement has been highlighted through her work with United Way of Philadelphia & Southern New Jersey, where she managed board relations, internal communications, and strengthened stakeholder trust.

Prior to joining The Reinvestment Fund, Dyanne served as Project Manager for Comcast NBCUniversal, where she successfully led a professional development program for the company’s military-connected employees and their allies.

Raised in Philadelphia and a proud graduate of Temple University, Dyanne is committed to the betterment and uplifting of her community. Resilience, adaptability, and global perspective are hallmarks of her leadership style, shaped by her upbringing as a military child (Go Army!). These qualities, combined with strong social skills, maturity, and resourcefulness, allow Dyanne to thrive in dynamic environments and quickly adjust to change.
