Rita Ouimet (she/her) is a Program Associate on the Equitable Food Systems team. She supports the planning, design and implementation of food systems financing programs, including the national Healthy Food Financing Initiative (HFFI) and the New Jersey Innovative Healthy Food Retail Initiative. In her previous role at The Food Trust, Rita supported the management and evaluation of statewide food financing programs in Pennsylvania, Kansas and Massachusetts.
Rita holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Sustainability from SUNY University at Albany and an associate’s degree in Business Administration from Columbia-Greene Community College.
