Stella Kwon

Stella Kwon is the 2026-2028 Jeremy Nowak Fellow on the Policy Solutions team at Reinvestment Fund, where she supports applied research projects and local partnerships to build resilient and equitable communities. Throughout her fellowship, she will conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on affordable housing, equitable food systems, and early childhood education using SQL, R, and ArcGIS.

Prior to joining Reinvestment Fund, Ms. Kwon graduated magna cum laude with highest honors from Harvard College with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies and a minor in Economics. Growing up in a low-income immigrant family in Georgia, her upbringing continues to inform her research interests and volunteer work. She currently serves on the Executive Board of the Voluntary Income Tax Assistance Program in Cambridge, Massachusetts to provide free tax preparation for low-income individuals and increase access to social services and educational opportunities.
