PhilaImpact Fund is a Reinvestment Fund local impact program founded and anchored by The Philadelphia Foundation. With more than a century of combined experience serving Philadelphia’s communities, this partnership combines a strong track record of positive social impact with a results-driven investment approach. The Philadelphia Foundation has allocated $5 million from its endowment investment portfolio, and Reinvestment Fund has committed a $5 million match, putting the Fund well on its way to reaching its $30 million goal.

PhilaImpact Fund offers an opportunity for investors to channel their capital into neighborhood development projects that support regional growth and local initiatives in the communities that need them the most. The Fund will support projects serving critical needs for people across the region, promoting housing stability for low-income families, better health outcomes, higher educational attainment, greater access to fresh, healthy food, and more. Projects featured below are illustrative of the types of community investments that will be supported through the Fund.
