As Managing Director, Risk & Compliance, Alison Holt-Fuller helps protect Reinvestment Fund’s mission, assets, and reputation by leading legal oversight, enterprise risk and compliance functions that ensure operational integrity, regulatory adherence, and effective governance across our business lines and enabling functions.
She has more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise risk, business controls, and product strategy across banking and fintech. She specializes in building first-line risk organizations, strengthening governance, and translating complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions that support responsible growth.
Alison holds an MBA in Financial Services from the University of Dallas and a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP).
Active in her community, Alison serves as Board Chair of Thrive Birth to Five and as a committee chair on the board of the James River Association.
