Dannielle Sesay

Dannielle Sesay is Director, Compliance at Reinvestment Fund, where she helps strengthen compliance infrastructure through governance, regulatory readiness, and practical operating systems that support the organization’s mission and responsible deployment of capital.

Prior to joining Reinvestment Fund, Dannielle built a career spanning public finance, accountability, enterprise risk, and compliance. Her experience includes financial oversight, internal controls, contract administration, audit and monitoring activities, and the development of governance frameworks that promote transparency and responsible stewardship. She has worked across mission-driven organizations to strengthen accountability, manage risk, and translate complex regulatory and financial requirements into practical processes that support organizational goals.

Dannielle’s work is grounded in the belief that strong governance and sound financial management are essential to advancing sustainable impact. She enjoys helping organizations build systems that are both effective and practical, balancing compliance requirements with operational realities.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Planning and Public Policy, a Master of Public Administration, and a Master of Science in Finance.
