David Harpster is the Director of Risk Management at Reinvestment Fund where he helps lead the risk management program. David brings more than 10 years of experience designing, operationalizing and maturing enterprise and operational risk management programs.
Prior to joining Reinvestment Fund, David worked in financial technology and online banking leading teams and managing programs across Third-Party Risk, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Oversight, and Risk Program Governance.
David is a graduate of Whittier College with a B.A. in Political Science.
