Emma Garcia

Emma Garcia is the Manager of Development and Fundraising. In this role, Emma advances the mission of Reinvestment Fund by supporting a growing portfolio of grants and investments across our programmatic work and through aligning fundraising opportunities with our strategic priorities. Before joining Reinvestment Fund, Emma provided leadership in the nonprofit sector as a Co-Executive Director at an organization focused on cultivating systems-level solutions to poverty. She also established a consulting business supporting nonprofits in grant management, strategic planning, and shared leadership design and measurement.

With direct experience in shared and distributed leadership structures, Emma is passionate about ensuring that social impact institutions uphold their values to embody internal equity in support of their mission through fundraising strategy and practice. Emma holds a B.S. in Intercultural Studies and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership.
