Grace Chang

Grace Chang is Senior Underwriter, Community Lending at Reinvestment Fund. Grace brings nearly 12 years of commercial banking and real estate lending experience, including nearly a decade of affordable housing debt structuring, underwriting, and asset management expertise. She has supported the creation and preservation of thousands of affordable housing units in the Pacific Northwest and across the West Coast, primarily financed with Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).

She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and serves as a board member for Community Housing Fund, an affordable housing predevelopment lender based in Portland, Oregon.

She earned her B.A. from Swarthmore College as well as her MBA in Finance and sustainable business practices and M.S. specializing in Conflict Resolution from the University of Oregon.
