Henry Feinstein

Policy Analyst

Henry Feinstein is a policy analyst on the Policy Solutions team at Reinvestment Fund. In this role, Mr. Feinstein conducts quantitative and qualitative research on a variety of policy topics including housing, food access, and community development. Mr. Feinstein approaches his work with a strong focus on data communication, aspiring to create accessible and actionable research products using a suite of tools including SQL, R, and ArcGIS.

Prior to joining Reinvestment Fund, Mr. Feinstein served as the Research & Data Practice Lead at Anavi Strategies, where he supported public impact-focused clients with evaluation planning, survey design, the analysis of demographic and administrative data, and more. With a background in research, program evaluation, and city planning, Mr. Feinstein is committed to advocating for the pursuit of evidence-based policymaking in Philadelphia and beyond. Mr. Feinstein holds a bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College and a master’s degree in city and regional planning from the Weitzman School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania.
