LaToshia DeVose

Program Director, Early Childhood Education

LaToshia DeVose is the Program Director, Early Childhood Education at Reinvestment Fund. In this role, she works with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, and implement effective and engaging programs that provide capital and technical assistance to ECE businesses serving low-income families in select communities across the county.

She has more than 10 years of experience working in various capacities on initiatives geared toward increasing child care program capacity, enhancing facilities, and strengthening organizational business operations. She has provided leadership and coordination of ECE organizational planning on the Fund for Quality, a Reinvestment Fund program, as well as provided intensive home-based case management for at-risk children and families in Philadelphia. That work helped solidify her passion to work on initiatives to improve children and low-income individuals’ access to resources and basic human rights.
