Laura Montás-Brown

Program Manager, Early Childhood Education

Laura Montás-Brown is a Program Manager working within the Early Childhood Education team in the Programs department. She joined Reinvestment Fund in 2025, bringing 15 years of experience leading systems-level change across local schools, state agencies, and the federal government. A native Spanish speaker, Laura’s work is grounded in a strong commitment to equity, access, and sustainable systems change.

Laura is a public policy and education leader with deep expertise in research, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector collaboration. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s in Justice Studies from Montclair State University. She is also a graduate of the Harvard Strategic Data Project Fellowship. In addition to her academic background, Laura has completed specialized training in data analytics, grant management, and strategic leadership.
