Michael Ganezer

Mike Ganezer currently leads the Talent Acquisition function at Reinvestment Fund, partnering closely with internal leaders to develop and execute strategic hiring initiatives in support of organizational growth and long-term workforce needs. He is responsible for attracting mission-driven talent, enhancing the candidate experience, and driving recruiting operations and processes across the organization.

Prior to joining RF, Mike supported global leadership hiring efforts at Johnson & Johnson as part of the Executive Search team. He has also led distributed Talent Acquisition teams within Comcast’s Advertising division, where he helped scale recruiting efforts, strengthen business partnerships, and optimize hiring processes.

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Hofstra University.
