Michelle Buchanan-Hines

Michelle Buchanan-Hines is the Director of Closing and Disbursement with Reinvestment Fund. In this role, she oversees the closing department and all aspects of funding loans, including initial disbursements, post-closing and construction disbursements. Ms. Buchanan-Hines has worked in finance for over 20 years, primarily with commercial construction loans. Through her tenure at Reinvestment Fund she has been the go-to person for construction disbursements while also serving as the disbursement agent for a large portion of the NMTC loans.

Driven by helping others, she takes pride in providing the best customer service experience—assisting Borrower’s to better understand their loans and navigating them through the construction process from closing to completion. Ms. Buchanan-Hines holds a bachelor’s degree from Peirce College.
