Morgan Spade

Morgan Spade is Reinvestment Fund’s Director of Communications and Engagement. In this role, she leads and drives an internal communications strategy that engages and builds understanding of evolving business objectives, values and culture, across multiple channels and formats. Ms. Spade works across the organization to implement internal communication practices that advance the organization’s racial equity and inclusion plan. She oversees digital communications, including social media and website channels; aligning internal and external communications. She is an adjunct professor at Rowan University where she has taught Publication Layout and Design, as well as Advanced Publication Layout, for more than a decade. Ms. Spade holds a master’s degree in Public Relations and also a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Rowan University.
