Nel Roch

As Senior Director, Lending & Investments, Nel Roch is responsible for loan originations and strategy, including cultivating client relationships, loan structuring and underwriting, credit analysis, and management of the closing process. Ms. Roch brings extensive capital markets and real estate experience to the role, having spent 12 years in the industry before joining Reinvestment Fund. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Capital Markets on the leadership team for a large Philadelphia-based developer where she was primarily responsible for debt capital markets activities including developing debt strategies for projects throughout their life cycle, sourcing debt, and leading the financing process through to closing.

Her experience also includes roles with Hersha Hospitality Trust (NYSE: HT) where she had dual responsibilities in corporate finance and investor relations in addition to developing an ESG program for the firm. Ms. Roch began her career at PFM (formerly, Public Financial Management, Inc.), a Philadelphia-headquartered governmental consulting firm, where she provided operational and budgetary support to various state and municipal governments nationwide. Ms. Roch holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.
