Perri McLoughlin

Perri McLoughlin, CPA is the Controller at Reinvestment Fund. In this role, she manages financial reporting, safeguards the organization’s assets, implements financial policies and procedures, coordinates external audits, and leads the loan servicing department.

Ms. McLoughlin joined Reinvestment Fund in 2018 and has served as Controller since 2023. She brings more than 18 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining Reinvestment Fund, she spent a decade in public accounting, most recently as an audit senior manager.

Ms. McLoughlin holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is a CPA licensed in the State of Delaware.
