Seth McClerkin

Seth McClerklin is the Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager at Reinvestment Fund. In this role, he oversees payment performance, compliance monitoring, annual reviews, financial analysis, and risk mitigation for TRF’s portfolio.

Before joining Reinvestment Fund, Seth worked at Equitable Facilities Fund, where he originated approximately $85 million in low-interest-rate loans for high-quality charter schools across the U.S. Prior to that, he served as an Underwriter and New Market Tax Credit Compliance Coordinator at New Jersey Community Capital.

Seth holds a Master’s in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s in Urban Planning and Public Affairs from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
