Since 2018, we’ve supported First Step Staffing (FSS) as they’ve expanded their social enterprise business nationwide. Today, FSS is the largest nonprofit staffing agency in the U.S.

The Growing Diverse Housing Developers (GDHD) initiative aims to work with top U.S. housing development firms led by BIPOC owners, to create racially equitable, affordable, adequate housing solutions.
