Alicia Crawford

Alicia Crawford is the Managing Director, Talent & Organizational Effectiveness at Reinvestment Fund. In this role, they are primarily responsible for supporting and empowering the growth and performance of staff. Prior to joining the organization, they worked in the software and technology industry, both in the technical and HR sides. Crawford holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Florida. They are a Certified Professional in Talent Development through the Association for Talent Development.
