Bridget Wiedeman

Bridget Wiedeman brings more than 20 years of lending experience at Reinvestment Fund to her role as Senior Director, Underwriting & Training. In this capacity, she develops underwriting competency, consistency and efficiency within Lending & Investments by promoting learning and expertise and documenting and enhancing operating procedures. She supports lenders’ ability to assess and balance credit standards with the unique strengths and risks of each lending opportunity to create sound and impactful credits that advance the mission of Lending & Investments. In addition, she originates loans for health, education and other community services providers.

Wiedeman joined Reinvestment Fund in 2001.  Prior to Reinvestment Fund, she worked for Opportunity Finance Network as an Associate of Financial Services, providing loans and technical assistance to CDFIs.

She graduated with a Masters of Public Affairs and Urban & Regional Planning from Princeton University and holds undergraduate degrees in Finance and Economics from Boston College.  She is an elected school board member in her community.
