Ian Parnell

Ian Parnell is the Senior Financial Analyst at Reinvestment Fund. In this role, he assists in company-wide and business line financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, budgeting and cash flow analysis. He previously worked at Public Financial Management’s consulting practice, where he specialized in workforce management and helped distressed cities and municipalities to improve their financial health. Mr. Parnell holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from the University of Pennsylvania.
