Yolanda Moore

Yolanda Moore joined Reinvestment Fund in 2012 and recently joined the Lending & Investments team as the Director, New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC). In this role, Ms. Moore leads Reinvestment Fund’s NMTC originations, deal vetting, pipeline development and closings.

In her prior role as Accounting Manager, New Markets Tax Credits, Ms. Moore was responsible for financial reporting and all aspects of compliance and accounting related to the NMTC program, including hands on experience closing deals, coordinating annual financial audits, annual tax filings, managing Reinvestment Fund’s exit from the NMTC structure at the end of the compliance period and investor reporting. Previously, she served as Senior Accountant and a valuable partner as Reinvestment Fund’s NMTC area grew in volume and complexity. Ms. Moore brings over 15 years of accounting expertise. Prior to joining Reinvestment Fund, she held positions in accounting with Comcast and Towers Perrin. Ms. Moore holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Arcadia University.
