Khaliff Davis

Khaliff Davis, CFA, is the Managing Director of Fund Management. In this role, he leads the growth of Reinvestment Fund’s investment management capability, which includes the creation and management of structured funds, co-investment opportunities, and other alternative investments that support both corporate mission and strategic priorities.

He has over a decade of experience in the commercial finance and real estate development sectors, serving as a commercial lender at Reinvestment Fund and Capital Impact Partners and as an affordable housing developer at the Integral Group. Davis began his career working with youth and families as a classroom teacher in Metro Atlanta.

He holds a Master of City and Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
